• College training is preferred (but is not necessary for a successful real estate career)

Getting started:

1. You will first need to complete the four real estate courses necessary to become licensed as a real estate salesperson in Ohio. 2. As you are considering a career in real estate sales, you may wish to take our free online real estate simulator. This enjoyable interactive online assessment will help you determine if a real estate career is right for you. As part of the simulator, you will play the role of a real estate agent and interact with virtual clients who are interested in buying and selling homes. Your results are compared to 150 of the top salespeople in the industry.

3. Training and career development are top priorities at Haring Realty.
