HOW IT ALL BEGANThe Haring name has been a name to be trusted in the Mansfield-Richland County area since the early part of the century when the Haring ancestors first settled in Mansfield. Haring Realty began in April of 1983 and was founded by Arnold Haring, President and Broker. Mr. Haring's philosophy is "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you." Through recruitment and training of excellent professional real estate associates, as well as hard work, dedication, and service to the customer, Haring Realty rapidly grew into the area's leading real estate firm. Haring Realty's first office was a converted house at the corner of Lexington Avenue and Sunset Boulevard. Haring Realty outgrew the facility by 1988 and built the current corporate office, which is located at 1180 Lexington Avenue. In 1990, the office was awarded the Operation Beautification Professional Award by the Mansfield-Richland Area Chamber of Commerce. Through the combined effort of these offices, Haring Realty has grown to become the real estate company with the largest market share of listings in the area.
