Before our first showing we hadn't made the decision of keeping the same buyers agent that we got in touch with through zillow or not, but after the first showing we felt Alissa was a great choice to help us find what we were looking for. When we met at the first showing Alissa was exceptionally friendly, had the house open and ready to look at, and was very conscientious of asking what EXACTLY we were looking for and of what our budget was. Throughout the process she really took an interest in making sure we saw everything we wanted and NEEDED to see about the homes we toured, answered any and all questions we had and was very timely with all of it! When the listing popped up for the house we ended up purchasing, we JUMPED on trying to see it the same day, and she did a great job of getting us a time slot to have a look at it, and gave us the advice we needed to ensure we secured a home that was EXACTLY what we had been looking for, right area, right size, and for the right price! If I had to do it all again, she would with 100% certainty be my first call.
