Melanie was great even after the sale. I sent a text after 10: 00 PM and she responded immediately and followed up the next day to confirm my concern was taken care of. She was also supportive throughout the whole process.

I was referred to Melanie by another excellent Haring realtor, and Melanie truly made my dream of owning a house come true. She was available at all hours, despite being Mom of the Year...friendly, above and beyond no matter what my concern or need was. I cannot even imagine a realtor that would take the time to come and spray the basement down to make sure the walls were mildew-free; she showed up with gloves, a bucket and her own mask and helped me get things ready for final inspection...she is absolutely incredible, and if you are looking for a new home to make your own? Melanie Coble is the one you want. Ooh-ooh-ooh, honey...(Grease reference)...so grateful, a wonderful lady and just so happy in my new home. Haring Realty rules...and Melanie ROCKS!! <3

Melanie did an excellent job. She was always prompt when meeting at a new home, setting up the home visits, getting me information needed to make a good decision for me and my family. She was very knowledgeable about all the homes and answered all questions that I had. She had great follow through and I would recommend her for anyone who is buying or selling a home.
