For various reasons, I decided to find a house on my own so I did a lot of driving for many months thru about five different counties near my place of employment hoping to truly see where I could afford AND would want to live. I called Brittany Von Stein about one of her listings that I was interested in that I had driven by a couple times. She gave me all the specifics I was inquiring about. There was something about her energy over the phone that led me to call her back hours later and ask if she'd be willing to help me on my journey. She gave me an enthusiastic 'yes' and promptly got on scheduling showings for the properties I was very interested in. Brittany had great knowledge of the areas we visited and was right in there checking dates on major appliances (a/c condensers, water heaters, etc), asking questions about what was most important to me, pointing out the good and bad that I often overlooked. When I finally found 'the one', she got me in there immediately, I committed and she got the offer in. Through a brief negotiation, we had a contract and from that moment, Brittany was there every step of the way with positivity which included one inspection in absolute freezing weather! Nearing the end when my nerves were getting the best of me as the property felt so close yet so far way, Brittany stayed calm and made sure everything continued as smoothly as possible right up to closing. I can truly say that Brittany Von Stein far exceeded my expectations and would recommend her to anyone looking for a serious, caring and experienced realtor!

Brittany was very knowledgeable and informative on how the housing market works and giving the home analysis. She was quick to answer any questions I have had through the process. She is extremely professional and absolutely looks out for the best interest in her clients and also the clients on the other end. The experience as a whole was less stressful working with Brittany. I will definitely contact Brittany should I ever be in the market to purchase.

While I don't photograph well, I will absolutely go on record to say that Brittany has been amazing throughout this process. She helped us with the purchase of our new home and the sale of our previous home. When the first buyers dropped out, we had a backup within 24 hours. It was truly a joy to work with her. She has a tremendously positive attitude and her work ethic is like nothing I've seen from a realtor. Too many realtors think listing a house is the end of their obligation. Brittany goes the extra mile through the entire process and keeps you up-to-date on anything that might affect closing, such as last-minute buyer requests, title company questions, etc. This last purchase was our forever home, so while we personally hope to never need her services again, we do have 6 children with growing families.
