We are writing to you to acknowledge the outstanding service Michael Scharf performed as our real estate agent. After interviewing a few agents, we chose Michael for several reasons. First and foremost he is professional, congenial, and knowledgeable regarding the real estate market. We live out of town and had many concerns about the sale of the property which Michael listened to and offered advice. Michael kept us informed throughout the transaction; from the listing process, the number of showings, and the offers on the property. He also attended the closing. All calls to him were answered or returned within minutes to a couple of hours. Because of his guidance and recommendations, the sale of the home went smoothly. He even provided helpful information concerning the move of our belongings. We feel Michael is dedicated to his profession and serving others. We highly recommend him as a realtor and would definitely use his services again.

Haring Realty was the 1st and only realtor that I called. I had dealt previously with them in 2007 on a sale of another property. The new technology was quite interesting and nice added sales tool.
