I have used Carmen for the 3rd time in buying and selling properties. She is organized, efficient and takes the time to know the properties. My first property was my home and I was single at the time. I loved the floorplan and wanted to buy on the spot. She made me come back the following day to look at what she called the "ugly stuff" which was the furnace, air conditioner, hot water heater and roof. I hadn't really paid any attention to them because I was so excited about the layout. That attention to not only to the details of the house , but also her client is what really sets her apart. I highly recommend her!

Tricia and I have appreciated Carmen's transparent and direct approach in helping position us for the best potential outcome every time we've listed with her. Her knowledge in the market and willingness to share what is needed and not needed to competitively list a house is always appreciated. Additionally, the photos and 3D experience with Haring this time were impressive. This is a great differentiator when picking a broker.
