My wife and I relocated to the Mansfield area in 2021. Cheryl was great in assisting us with purchasing a home there at that time. No pressure, very patient and understanding and guided us through the process. We chose to sell our home and relocate again this year, 2023, and there was no doubt in our minds that Cheryl was the only person to call to assist us in selling our home. Once again, she was patient and understanding throughout the entire process. Professional and personable, and a whole list of other adjectives could be used to describe Cheryl. We actually sold our home through Zillow but Cheryl was so helpful in handling all the communication with the buyers real estate agent and taking care of all the paperwork/financials/closing details, etc.

Cheryl is a long time family friend of ours and it was no question who my husband and I would go through for our real estate needs. She was always available whenever we called, followed up regarding home showings and our thoughts of the property, and answered any questions we had. Overall, she made the process so easy, worry-free and enjoyable! She is thorough, and always has her clients' needs as her #1 priority. She has an amazing, outgoing personality as well as being honest and straightforward. My husband and I live in the Columbus area, so viewing homes was limited to mostly weekends. She set everything up for us to view the home with all of our home wish list items in mind and budget range. Signing all documents to write up an offer/counter offers were just as easy as closing and talking with the bank. We couldn't be happier with having Cheryl as our realtor and how simple and quick the process was to find our first home! We highly recommend Cheryl and Haring Realty.

Cheryl was worth every cent of her commission! She was the perfect mix of professionalism, personality and showed a genuine personal interest in us as individuals! There were times she definitely protected us from buyers who were not dealing in good faith. There were times she consoled us when deals or offers didn't come through. There were times she had to honestly bring us to decisions and changes. There were times when she magically negotiated competing offers. And of course, there came the time when she celebrated with us when the sale was made & papers were being signed! We could not have possibly asked for a better person to handle the important sale of our home!
