Hilda did a great job with the sale of our home in a difficult market. The pricing, the listing and the photos were excellent. The communication went very well and we were kept apprised of everything that was going on with our sale. The house sold quickly despite the market. What more could you ask from a realtor? Hilda went above and beyond in helping us sell our home! My mother was living in the home and I live out of town, a situation which made things a bit more complicated than usual. Even so, Hilda did a fantastic job of discerning what to communicate with each of us so that we both knew what was happening and what each of us needed to do, but we did not get overwhelmed with information that didn't pertain to us. In addition, Hilda provided excellent referrals for professionals we needed to help us get the home ready for sale. Hilda's service was personal and caring, and she made my mother feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. (My mother lived in her home for over 50 years). She also gave me great guidance and made the process easy for me as an out-of-town seller. I highly recommend Hilda!

Hilda was a terrific realtor when we sold and bought our homes. She went above and beyond what any other realtor would do! She even made us a yummy lasagne during our first week in our home! Hilda was outstanding! I truly consider her a friend after working with her on the sell of our childhood home. She was responsive to our phone calls, texts and emails and gave us great advice on how to stage. Hilda kept us informed on every showing and their feedback. We had our first offer in 24 hours and then accepted an offer on day 6. I know selling a home is not always this easy but she made it very easy considering this was a very emotional time for our family.
