Words don't describe how awesome Matt was when buying our new home! This home was it for us and Matt made sure it happened. Right down to directing us to the appropriate lender and we couldn't be happier with how the process went. Especially since I have never bought a home before, Matt was amazing at answering my questions and getting us what we needed when we needed it.

Matt was AMAZING!! I had a very difficult transaction with selling a house to my son in Florida and buying here in Ohio. Lesson one learned: you do need an agent. Lesson two: that agent is Matt Walker! His help was instrumental on a sale he did not have any part in. His suggestion for local businesses was perfect and wise. His compassion and council was spot on and needed many times. Everything on his end was always ready and prompt. He was so good other less motivated companies started working better! This was not the first time that we had worked with Matt. He did an excellent job of finding my youngest daughter her first house, so he was the obvious choice when it came to selling our house and finding a new house. We listened to what he said and followed thru. Our house sold in one day. He then listened to us and our needs and came thru. When we found our new house, he made himself available several times for us to enter the house for measurements and painters. You get your moneys worth with Matt. Thanks for everything and making the journey relatively easy.

Matt was fantastic. Nothing but a great experience working with him. I wanted to work with someone who also specifically knew the Lexington area. He has sold many houses and represented many buyers in the area and it showed. He was very very knowledgeable and gave us a lot of great suggestions. We ended up getting an offer to sell our house within 2 weeks. He is very very easy to work with and very thorough. Would definitely recommend him in a heartbeat to anyone looking for a Realtor.
