Norval was both professional and calm. Our buyers were challenging and there were instances which led us to doubt the professionalism of the buyer's agent. He remained steadfast in working through those challenges and many other bumps in our process. It wasn't a perfect experience but we are happy it is behind us. It could have ended very badly. Norval helped alleviate much of the controversial contract language that we all felt was "slipped" into the paperwork. Without his efforts we would likely be having different conversations right now.
