Norval was great throughout our whole buying experience! He knew what we were looking for & helped. I had been looking in the Galion area, for well over a year, with no luck. My sister introduced me to Norval, & he got to work for me & with me right away. He is very knowledgeable & within a couple of months we found the place that my husband & I call "home". Norval helped us navigate through all the necessary paperwork & made the whole buying process go smoothly. He is a good guy, & a great realtor!!

We've been looking for a house for months without an agent and came across a house Norval had listed. I called to look at it and met him there that day. He helped us buy our dream home with ease. When our mother died we asked Norval to help us sell her home and some properties that had belonged to her and our father. Norval was able to find is a buyer quickly, and when that sale fell through, he found us another buyer just as quickly at our asking price. He was also able to find a buyer for the properties that were basically unusable for building. I can't say enough about how easy and painless he made the entire process for us. I highly recommend Norval Blackwell.
