Cassie was great from start to finish. From the moment I left her a voicemail telling her I was looking for someone to help us find a home, she called me right back and got to work! Her communication was great, she always responded to us right away, even about silly things - any time of day and any day of the week. Her availability to us was remarkable and made us feel valued. She sent us multiple homes to look at that fit all the things we were asking for despite our strict budget. It took a few months but she did end up finding us our dream home! She also guided us on what to do with our home to get it ready to sell. We had multiple offers over asking within days. Because of Robin's knowledge of the market, great communication with the lender, and the best service she offered, we could buy our first home in Mansfield. The loan we requested from Chase was denied in last minute before the closing and we were so desperate. Because of her encouragement and her referral to Mechanic bank , we closed successfully on our first home. And she helped us when we bought the second home and helped us again when we sold the second home . Moreover , when we want to buy a home in Cleveland, she introduced us to a great realtor and we get pre- approval to buy a house in Cleveland.
