First and foremost he is professional, congenial, and knowledgeable regarding the real estate market. We live out of town and had many concerns about the sale of the property which Michael listened to and offered advice. Michael kept us informed throughout the transaction; from the listing process, the number of showings, and the offers on the property. He also attended the closing. All calls to him were answered or returned within minutes to a couple of hours. Because of his guidance and recommendations, the sale of the home went smoothly. He even provided helpful information concerning the move of our belongings. We feel Michael is dedicated to his profession and serving others. We highly recommend him as a realtor and would definitely use his services again.

I was an out of area seller for my Dad's house. Norval was very helpful supplying names and services that would be useful. He also put trash out for me several times and found buyers for some of the furniture. He went way above my expectations for a realtor. Very nice, very helpful, knows his market.
