After seeing my home on the Realtor website, I was connected to Steve Miller at Haring Realty. Steve was able to book a showing the same day. He was very informative about the market and provided guidance about a fair and appropriate offer which was made and accepted. His assistance throughout the process was incredible. He promptly informed me when something needed to be done and provided clear instructions regarding how to complete tasks. He also followed up with me which is something I appreciate. Not everyone follows up when they say they will but, he did. He also did everything he said he would do. For example, if he said he would send me an email, I knew I could count on it being there. Right before closing, my bank caused an issue with the money transfer. While I was upset, Steve stayed calm, kept the title company informed, and managed to reassure me that everything was OK. We did close on time. I've worked with several realtors in my lifetime, and I can honestly say that Steve was the best one I've ever done business with. Should the need arise, I will highly recommend to Steve to any friends or relatives in the future.
