She was available at all hours, despite being Mom of the Year...friendly, above and beyond no matter what my concern or need was. I cannot even imagine a realtor that would take the time to come and spray the basement down to make sure the walls were mildew-free; she showed up with gloves, a bucket and her own mask and helped me get things ready for final inspection...she is absolutely incredible, and if you are looking for a new home to make your own? Melanie Coble is the one you want. Ooh-ooh-ooh, honey...(Grease reference)...so grateful, a wonderful lady and just so happy in my new home. Haring Realty rules...and Melanie ROCKS!! <3

He was very willing to go above and beyond to help communicate any concerns I had with the seller and was very quick to help navigate through the hurdles them come with home buying, especially with this being my first home!
