When looking for an agent to list my house, I started by asking family and friends for suggestions. It seems that most people I talked to were not overly happy with the agents they had dealt with in the past for one reason or another. So I ended up going online and looking for an agent who had good reviews. I ended up going with Matt based solely on the reviews I had read online. And I am glad I did. Matt did an exceptional job in the sale of my home! He has extensive knowledge and years of experience in the field. From the beginning I felt comfortable and confident in his abilities to get the job done. And that's exactly what he did. During the process he gave me a few suggestions of a couple of inexpensive things I could do to help with the appearance of the home. I listened and did what he suggested, and in the end it paid off. Matt made the entire process absolutely easy. Matt is a professional in this field in every way. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again in the future, or recommend him to others. This was our first experience selling a house. Although we had worked with realtors and purchased two houses before, we had no idea what to expect in selling a house.
