Matt was AMAZING!! I had a very difficult transaction with selling a house to my son in Florida and buying here in Ohio. Lesson one learned: you do need an agent. Lesson two: that agent is Matt Walker! His help was instrumental on a sale he did not have any part in. His suggestion for local businesses was perfect and wise. His compassion and council was spot on and needed many times. Everything on his end was always ready and prompt. He was so good other less motivated companies started working better!
