My sister passed on September 14 of this year and as the Executor of her estate is was my responsibility to take care of her personal business including the sale of her home. My wife and I interviewed 3 realtors and picked Cheryl since we both thought she was the best choice to help us meet our needs. Cheryl worked closely with us to provide local contacts for 3rd parties (charities, movers, trash hauling, legal, etc.) which helped us navigate through the court maize and and prepare the home for sale. We live in Dublin, Oh so as a remote seller we needed additional support from our partner and Cheryl did a amazing job of providing that support and communications. The house was sold in 1 month from the time we signed with HaringRealty and the buyer was able to take immediate possession. THANK YOU CHERYL...!!!

Cheryl helped me sale my house in the last year. Before it went on the market, she did a walk through and made suggestions regarding paint, flooring, and other needed updates to prepare it to go onto the market. When the house needed repairs that my husband and I couldn't perform, she suggested a contractor. The contractor completed the repairs quickly and at a reasonable price. Bottom line--I followed her suggestions and they worked! The house went on the market right before Thanksgiving, which was a challenging time to try to sell a house during the holidays and winter. However, it sold quickly thanks to Chery's knowledge and expertise! Before, during and after the sale, Cheryl was always helpful, caring, and responded quickly to my questions.

Cheryl is a people person and does well communicating with clients. She's timely in her communications and answers all questions with regard to the client's knowledge (or lack thereof). She's patient and explains everything that's going to happen and uses digital technology well. She talks to you like a friend and takes you through the steps so you don't feel like you're missing something. The speed with which the realtors at Haring get potential buyers on the line is great. I had a great experience with the recent sale of my home.
