Because of Robin's knowledge of the market, great communication with the lender, and the best service she offered, we could buy our first home in Mansfield. The loan we requested from Chase was denied in last minute before the closing and we were so desperate. Because of her encouragement and her referral to Mechanic bank , we closed successfully on our first home. And she helped us when we bought the second home and helped us again when we sold the second home . Moreover , when we want to buy a home in Cleveland, she introduced us to a great realtor and we get pre- approval to buy a house in Cleveland. Robin 's knowledge and experiences are phenomenal and professional. I'll definitely get help from her when we are going to sell our first home soon . Thank you Robin for everything you have done for us .
