Steve went above and beyond for us. I'm sure it was not always easy with us living in FL, but he always responded in a timely manner and set showings up when we were in Ohio. Steve did a great job showing me the house I ended up purchasing. He was very willing to go above and beyond to help communicate any concerns I had with the seller and was very quick to help navigate through the hurdles them come with home buying, especially with this being my first home! Steve was quick to respond to any questions I had, and you could tell he was being genuine in making sure I was set up for success in the long run. I definitely think the home buying process was less stressful due to my great experience with Steve. I will be recommending him to any of my family and friends who are looking to buy a home!
