We went to three properties on Saturday and she was so easy to talk to, she has such good energy, knows what she's doing, and we don't feel like we need to worry about being pushed into anything asap or that she won't tell us about a potential issue she might notice that we haven't, etc. We're meeting with her tonight to go see another 4 properties.
