I purchased a condo from Matt at an open house he conducted and listed my house to sell. He sold by house quickly and profitable. Matt went out of his way to help me with many things related to these transitions no other realtor did for me in the past. A rare gem. You better keep his wife and him employed. Amazing people . Russ was fantastic. The situation I had was very tough with a family member passing, but Russ made everything as easy and quick as it could have possibly been. He was available via email/phone/and text during the whole process. There was even one time where he drove to meet me half way between Columbus (where I live ) and Mansfield just to pick up a key to help move a car. This was something he didn't have to do at all, but was a huge help. At any point when I had a question, Russ was quick to get back to me with an answer or multiple suggestions. He really goes above and beyond. Russ was not only great at his job, but also made it feel like we were on the same team to get the house sold. I have nothing but great things to say and highly recommend anyone who is in the market to give Russ a call. Also, fun fact, he makes really good chili !
