Cheryl is a long time family friend of ours and it was no question who my husband and I would go through for our real estate needs. She was always available whenever we called, followed up regarding home showings and our thoughts of the property, and answered any questions we had. Overall, she made the process so easy, worry-free and enjoyable! She is thorough, and always has her clients' needs as her #1 priority. She has an amazing, outgoing personality as well as being honest and straightforward. My husband and I live in the Columbus area, so viewing homes was limited to mostly weekends. She set everything up for us to view the home with all of our home wish list items in mind and budget range. Signing all documents to write up an offer/counter offers were just as easy as closing and talking with the bank. Our family could not have asked for better service from a realtor. Cassie did a fantastic job of advising us on how to quickly prepare the property for listing. There were a few glitches related to property owned by a trust. Cassie helped to facilitate the communications between the trust lawyers and title company. Much appreciated. The turn around time between listing and closing was very short. Cassie made it all happen quickly. I would happily work with her again.
