Cheryl was worth every cent of her commission! She was the perfect mix of professionalism, personality and showed a genuine personal interest in us as individuals! There were times she definitely protected us from buyers who were not dealing in good faith. There were times she consoled us when deals or offers didn't come through. There were times she had to honestly bring us to decisions and changes. There were times when she magically negotiated competing offers. And of course, there came the time when she celebrated with us when the sale was made & papers were being signed! We could not have possibly asked for a better person to handle the important sale of our home!

Robin Walker is the Best!! We found her easy to work with and very knowledgeable. We lived out of state when we were looking for a house here in Mansfield,Ohio. So it was hard for us to come and see all of the houses we were interested in. Robin would do a video walk through with us via FaceTime. She pointed out both the pluses and the negative. We trusted her and together we found our forever home. She also sent tips on what to do when buying and selling a home. Little things that you might not know. We would recommend Robin Walker to everyone looking to buy or sell their house.

Robin has gone over and above helping me. We had a few glitches with the sale of the house but she was right there to fix any issues that came along. She even mowed the lawn when I was ill. I needed surgery and she arranged everything so I didn't need to worry about anything. She's an excellent realtor and a great lady. Definitely recommend her.
