She has an amazing, outgoing personality as well as honest and straightforward. My husband and I live in the Columbus area, so viewing homes was limited to mostly weekends. She set everything up for us to view the home with all of our home wish list items in mind and budget range. Signing all documents to write up an offer/counter offers were just as easy as closing and talking with the bank.
