My wife and I were very happy with the service provided by Haring Realty -- and Cassie Swisher in particular -- during our recent sale. We needed to sell a large, unique property with multiple structures, lots of land and a large main house. Our sales process was complicated by the fact that we listed at the end of the traditional selling season. Cassie took the time to get to know the property, did market research to recommend an appropriate listing price -- without the benefit of close comps given the unique aspects of our property -- and made helpful suggestions to increase our chances for success. She also suggested creative ways to market our property, such as the use of social media and special interest Facebook groups. With just a few showings, Haring Realty was able to bring the perfect qualified buyers to our doorstep and we were able to quickly sell our property for an acceptable price. We would highly recommend both Haring Realty and Cassie Swisher to others looking to sell their property.
