Russ was absolutely wonderful, very welcoming as a realtor and made it seem like it wasn't a business but a journey or an adventure trying to find a house. Which is a very good thing because you would rather have someone that cared about his clients rather than caring about selling a house or caring about getting money. With me only able to do viewings on the weekends he made sure to make time and that was so convenient. But for Russ to take time out of his day on a Saturday or Sunday to view a house with me just made his credibility even better than what I saw when I first met him. Russ is the best.

I was referred to Norval by Appleseed Realty. I called Appleseed initially to request a property appraisal but they were very behind, so they said Norval could help me with a comparative market analysis to come up with a value at which to list my home. I scheduled to meet with Norval shortly after I called him & he showed me about 15 comparable homes that had sold in Ontario within the last 6 months. He was very professional & didn't pressure me to list the home with him, as I wanted to try to sell it on my own. After 3 weeks, I quickly learned that I could not generate a quality prospective buyer on Zillow or Facebook. Also, I was unfamiliar with the documents & processes needed to sell my home. I contracted with Norval & when the listing went live, I was amazed at the activity! The home was shown 6 times within 3 days and there were 3 offers! Norval walked me through every step of the sales process and answered all my questions along the way. He was friendly, professional, & took time to explain the steps toward closing. The commission Norval was paid to sell my home was worth every dollar! I'd highly recommend him to sell your home for you!
