Hilda went above and beyond in helping us sell our home! My mother was living in the home and I live out of town, a situation which made things a bit more complicated than usual. Even so, Hilda did a fantastic job of discerning what to communicate with each of us so that we both knew what was happening and what each of us needed to do, but we did not get overwhelmed with information that didn't pertain to us. In addition, Hilda provided excellent referrals for professionals we needed to help us get the home ready for sale. Hilda's service was personal and caring, and she made my mother feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. (My mother lived in her home for over 50 years). She also gave me great guidance and made the process easy for me as an out-of-town seller. I highly recommend Hilda!
