Hilda was a terrific realtor when we sold and bought our homes. She went above and beyond what any other realtor would do! She even made us a yummy lasagne during our first week in our home! I can't say enough about her knowledge of the market in our area and how to quickly sell our starter home. She got the job done and was so accommodating. A++++

Hilda was outstanding! I truly consider her a friend after working with her on the sell of our childhood home. She was responsive to our phone calls, texts and emails and gave us great advice on how to stage. Hilda kept us informed on every showing and their feedback. We had our first offer in 24 hours and then accepted an offer on day 6. I know selling a home is not always this easy but she made it very easy considering this was a very emotional time for our family.

Hilda was wonderful as we moved to Ohio from Virginia and were on the search for our home. She listened to our needs and went out of her way to meet them. The home we ultimately chose was one that she was able to show us as it was still in the process of listing because of her networking and connections. She obviously cared about us and was very patient with us, giving much needed guidance to help us along the way.

Hilda did a great job with us when finding our first house as a married couple. She showed us multiple houses and always offered the best advice and made us feel comfortable in getting the house that would be good for us. She knew the area extremely well and she knew where all the good deals and knew everything what we were looking for. She made the whole process seem fun and we wouldn't have wanted another realtor than her.
