Pat is a terrific, experienced, no-nonsense realtor! I was house hunting long-distance from Kansas, and Pat spent a great deal of time checking out properties I couldn't look at myself. I had a very specific set of characteristics I wanted in a house, and Pat stuck faithfully to those and didn't ever try to sell me something that didn't fit my needs. Best of all, I could always count on Pat to be honest. She wasn't just trying to make a commission, she genuinely had my best interests at heart. I highly recommend her!

What a wonderful experience we had when we recently sold our home with Pat as the listing agent. Our home was only on the market for three days before it was sold.
