I listed my house for sale last year with a different realtor and it was one problem after another. I had 5 offers but chose not to sell. Hilda was one of the realtors that showed my house last year. She stopped by my house and asked me if I was going to sell my house this year, that she would love to help me sell my house. I told her I was interested in selling but my daughter was getting married so the timing was off. I decided to go ahead and put it on the market. I was really in a time crunch between the 2 events. I'm a perfectionist so I wanted to get my house near perfect. I was doing a lot of touch ups and washing windows, etc. Hilda offered to help me with the windows, gardening and other things. I didn't take her up on her offers but when I was finished and Hilda listed it, she had it sold in a week. We worked very well together. She was kind, understanding and very efficient. I would highly recommend Hilda.
