Review for Amanda Wilson: My husband and I are approaching retirement and we were blessed to be contacted by Amanda Wilson from Haring Realty. We gave her a list of homes we wanted to tour and she quickly got back to us with appointments that were workable. Quickly noted were Amanda's warmth, concern for our needs, and no pressure tactics. She answered every question promptly and helped point out potential problems in a home. For instance, one property was fairly close to a creek, it was a rainy day, and she helped us note where possible flooding might occur. Yes, realtors are supposed to do that, but she did it promptly and helpfully right away. I've toured homes over the years with at least two dozen professionals, but this is the first time at the end of our looking, that I asked if I might give someone a hug! We felt safe, heard, respected, and deeply helped. Best of all, Amanda helped us get a more realistic view of our current home's value as she took the time to share a report about Zillow's tendency to inflate value by showing stats that were more accurate. It was a clincher in our search. If you want to feel SAFE, CARED ABOUT, and have an AGENT that is really THERE FOR YOU, you can trust Amanda Wilson with your deal. Recommended without hesitation.
