She did numerous open houses with us via telephone because we live in Georgia and was relocating back to Mansfield, she continued to help us while she was away on vacation. We initially met Amanda during our first-ever home viewing, and she left a positive impression on us with her pleasant and professional demeanor. What surprised us was her honesty in pointing out flaws with the first home instead of trying to push us into buying it. After the viewing, she gave us her card, and we felt comfortable reaching out to her to continue our search for other homes. Amanda was incredibly patient and took the time to understand our preferences in a home. One particular home in Crestline caught our interest, and we went back and forth on whether to make a low offer. Ultimately, we decided to back out at the last moment, even after Amanda had set up the offer paperwork. Despite this, Amanda was understanding and went over the paperwork with us, preparing us for future offers when we found a home we were truly sure about. We felt guilty about changing our minds at the last minute, but Amanda reassured us that it was all part of the process and that she was there to help us find a home we truly loved. After viewing a few more homes, we finally found our dream home in Mansfield, and Amanda helped us secure the best offer for it. From setting up the offer to the inspection and closing, Amanda was incredibly helpful, and we are grateful to have had her as our agent. We highly recommend Amanda to anyone in search of a new home. She made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. Thank you, Amanda, for everything you did to help both me and Rebecka find a home we truly love.
