I have used Carmen for the 3rd time in buying and selling properties. She is organized, efficient and takes the time to know the properties. My first property was my home and I was single at the time. I loved the floorplan and wanted to buy on the spot. She made me come back the following day to look at what she called the "ugly stuff" which was the furnace, air conditioner, hot water heater and roof. I hadn't really paid any attention to them because I was so excited about the layout. That attention to not only to the details of the house , but also her client is what really sets her apart. I highly recommend her!

Unfortunately we have not gotten to meet Nate yet, hopefully when we get in our home. Lucy Perman was the agent that showed us properties when we traveled up from NC as Nate was out of town. She was excellent to work with and helped us in anyway possible while we were in town. She treated us as if we were her own clients and we cannot say enough good things about her.
