We moved to Mansfield in 1984 and met Tim when we sold our first home here in 1995. Tim found a buyer for our existing home and facilitated the purchase of our new one. We've purchased and sold 4 Woodland homes through Tim.. always a great experience. We went into the rental business in 2009 and purchases 15 homes relying on Tim as our realtor. We've recently sold 3 of those homes.. again using Tim. He is professional, thorough and extremely helplful throughout the whole process.

While I don't photograph well, I will absolutely go on record to say that Brittany has been amazing throughout this process. She helped us with the purchase of our new home and the sale of our previous home. When the first buyers dropped out, we had a backup within 24 hours. It was truly a joy to work with her. She has a tremendously positive attitude and her work ethic is like nothing I've seen from a realtor. Too many realtors think listing a house is the end of their obligation. Brittany goes the extra mile through the entire process and keeps you up-to-date on anything that might affect closing, such as last-minute buyer requests, title company questions, etc. This last purchase was our forever home, so while we personally hope to never need her services again, we do have 6 children with growing families.
